Individual Sessions - Cancellations

Providing you give at least 24 hours notice for a cancellation there will be no charge and a full refund will be given when advance payment has been made. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged at 50% of the full session rate.

Cancellation of courses

If you have booked a course but need to cancel, we ask for at least 7 days notice so that we can arrange for another parent to have the space. If notice is given within less than 7 days, we will do our best to fill your space but we cannot guarantee a refund. Course bookings are not transferable.

Booking of Courses

1. In order to apply for a course, full payment which is non- refundable, is required along with the completed booking form. (As course places are limited and cannot always be guaranteed, it is recommended that you telephone To Baby and Beyond to determine course vacancies before applying in order to avoid disappointment.)

2. In the event of a participant being unable to attend a course or complete a course no refunds will be available, how- ever participants may be offered a place on a later course at the discretion of To Baby and Beyond subject to availability.

3. Course fees include tuition and certification fees. Liquid refreshments at break times are also included. All other costs such as travel and accommodation where needed etc are payable by the participant.

4. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that the course is suitable for their requirements. To Baby and Beyond are happy to offer advice but accept no liability in the event that the content of the course does not meet individual requirements.

5. To Baby and Beyond reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel a course whether through insufficient numbers or for any other good reason. If you notify To Baby and Beyond within seven days of being advised of a re-scheduled date that such date is unacceptable and if no other date can be agreed, then you will be entitled to a refund of the course fees paid but not otherwise.

6. To Baby and Beyond reserve the right to alter the advertised course venue and trainers.

7. To Baby and Beyond reserve the right to decline applications.

9. All students are required to observe and abide by all policies regarding health and safety, security, student conduct and any other regulations as set out by To Baby and Beyond.

10. The course content has been carefully researched and is believed by To Baby and Beyond to be up-to-date and factually correct.
